Dutch and Cheryl were such a pleasure to work with. They were so honest, upfront and were right on the money with their recommendations in selling our home. We had our home on the market for 18 months with another agent and once Dutch and Cheyrl took over the listing it was only on the market 34 days before we found ourselves in a bidding war with many potential buyers at the same time.
