We were extremely satisfied with the service from Dutch and Cheryl and their excellent staff. We had a large acreage tract with some unusual characteristics, and they took time for the initial showing with each new prospect whether another agent was involved or not. They also generated a much higher percentage of personal showings compared to most listing agents. We could not have been more pleased with their services.
